Sr. ETL SQL Developers

Job Description 
  •  Candidate should be very strong SQL Server 2005/2008 (SQL/DML/DDL/Advanced Features)

  • Candidate should capable of manage/handle terrabytes of data files.
  • Experienced in best practices design of ETL implementations in a high volume environment, including ETL software, database and hardware tuning.
  • Should be expereince in BI & ETL tools.
  • Proven knowledge/experience in ETL performance tuning
  • Proven ability to produce high quality, bug free and highly scalable work
  • Proven ability to coordinate activities with business and technical teams
  • Prior experience with Legacy data conversion and cleansing highly
    preferred.
  • Applicant should be knowledgeable and experienced in all types of data modeling, including strong dimensional modeling techniques.
  • Detailed knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Mart physical RDBMS schema.
  • Unit test mappings with the test data

    Skill Sets
  • Should be strong in SQL Server 2005/2008 [DTS/SSBIS/SSAS/SSIS]
  • Should be familiar with ETL/SSAS Tools
  • Excellent communication skills

Sr. ASP.NET Developers (SDE 3)

Job Description 
  • Candidate should be strong in C# and should have atleast 4-5 years of experience.
  • Candidate should be strong in Problem Solving and Datastructures.
  • Candidate must be familiar with SQL Server Programming.
  • Deep knowledge of WCF and hands on experience is big plus.
  • Candidate should be able to design and develope modules on his own.
  • Extensively knowledge on Windows Services, Win Forms and Web Development are big plus.
  • Working prior experience with Microsoft is big plus.

Sr. Windows System Administrator

Job Description
  • Should be able to manage multiple releases, come up with project plan, able to track and appraise teams.
  • Should have deep understanding of Windows suite of Servers
  • Should have hands on experience in design, installing and configuration of System Center Virtual Machine Manager, Hyper-V, SCOM 2007, Microsoft Clustering Services, Network Load Balancing and etc.,
  • Should have deep understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, UDP, NetBIOS, HTTP, Telnet, Firewalls and etc.,
  • Should be have atleast 8-10 Year of expereince in Windows Platform.
  • Should be able to manage the priorities vs major initiation.
  • Should be able to manage and handle all outages across various datacenters.
  • Should be familiar with DAS, NAS, SAN and other Storage Access Systems.
  • Having Dynamic CRM and MOSS background is big plus.
  • Should be able to manage and track the Assets.
  • Should be able to do multi-tasking and should be prioritize various critical tasks same time.

Job Description

  • Extensive Photoshop knowledge is mandatory

  • Able to design and present simple, dazzling layouts

  • Should be aware of industry best practices in designing UI layouts

  • Able to present state of art graphics

  • Having Silverlight knowledge will be a big plus

  • Having Expression Suite will be added value

  • Knowing Flash also a big plus

      Job Description

      • 8-10 years of professional work experience in  business analyst in large scale systems

      • Strong CRM and Enterprise Applications domain knowledge.
      • Should be able to do basic/advanced customization using Dynamic CRM 4.0
      • Able to prepare Dynamic CRM 4.0 Demos for customers
      • Preparing VROM and ROM's

      • Very good interpersonal skills, critical thinking, written and oral communication communications skills and strong technical documentation skills required.

      • Understand current Business process and mapping it to the product( Dynamic CRM).

      • Understand To-be processes vision, business capabilities, and processes

      • Prepare Functional Requirement Document

      • Conduct gap/fit analysis

      • Prepare analysis document

      • Prepare Mock-up Screens based on Requirements gathering from the business.

      • ·        Should be very strong CRM knowledge (Sales, Marketing, Case Management & XRM)

      • Transfer knowledge to the dev and Test team

      • Document and present results of analysis phase
        Should able to work as Onsite/Offshore co-coordinator

      • Having Program Manager background will be a big Plus.

      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.

      • The ability to work effectively in a loosely structured team environment that demands a high degree of cooperation, flexibility, teaming, cross group and real-time responsiveness.

      • Strong understanding of the SDLC process with good Analytical and problem solving abilities.
